$1.50 per 1,000 stitches.
$15 minimum for the first placement on an order.
Additional placements: $5 each plus stitch count; no additional $15 minimum.

Large, complex, or multi-hoop work: custom quote based on stitch count, setup, and production requirements.

Payment Options
Payment and Design
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and credit/debit cards.
Custom design starts at $50 with two revision rounds. Each round of mockup changes counts as one of them.
Digitizing is an outside service: $15 per image, and larger designs cost more (usually $20–$25). If we already have your digitized file, there is no digitizing fee.
Artwork creation, digitizing, and embroidery production are distinct services.
How Payment Works
Payment is based on the order subtotal before tax and delivery. Orders under $100 are paid in full up front. Orders of $100 or more require a 50% deposit. The balance is due before pickup or shipping.
Production begins after required payment and written approval.
Team orders follow the same rules. Special-order garment costs may require a higher upfront amount stated in the quote. Deposits count toward the total.
Production and Local Meetups
Standard turnaround is 10 business days after written approval and required payment. Rush service is available for a flat $25 per order when we confirm availability. Your completion date is confirmed with your quote.
Ordinary local meetups are free and arranged at a mutually agreed time and place. Unusually long trips or special delivery requests may have a fee, quoted and agreed in advance.
