How It Works
Simple. Clear. Professional.
1. We send a written quote with your order details, charges, and estimated completion date.
2. We confirm specifications and send a mockup.
3. You approve spelling, colors, design dimensions, and placement in writing. Silence is not approval. One authorized contact approves for the group.
4. Before work or garment purchases begin, we collect payment based on the subtotal before tax and delivery: under $100 in full; $100 or more, 50% deposit. Special-order garment costs may require more upfront, as quoted.
5. Changes must be confirmed in writing, including any revised price or timing, before work continues.
6. We check the finished order against your approved specifications. Any balance is due before pickup or shipping.
